Over the past 10 years, Mengia has developed deep, hands-on expertise in technical project management, business process management, service design, requirements engineering, data management, end-to-end solution design, and technical troubleshooting. She has extensive experience collaborating closely with product owners, development and test teams, QA, external vendors, and DevOps engineers.
Mengia holds an MSc in Information Systems and has delivered IT projects across the banking, telecommunications, and transportation sectors. Since relocating to Sydney in February 2020, she has been leading a Zoho CRM implementation project, helping organisations streamline processes and improve customer engagement.
